About Paragon Media Canada

I'm Dax Tigley, and Paragon Media Canada is me — a website designer in the Niagara region. I started it in April 2026 because local trades kept getting quoted five figures for a website, or handed a template nobody ever updated again. Photographers, shops and clinics get the same treatment, so the work is open to any local business here.

You deal with the person who builds the site and answers the phone. No account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet, and no agency turnover halfway through the job.

One person, on purpose

There is no team page here because there is no team. Paragon Media Canada is one person who takes the first call, designs the site, writes the code, sets up the Google Business Profile and picks up the phone when it rings. That is a real limitation and it is worth stating plainly: there is a ceiling on how many builds can run at once, and if that ceiling is reached you will be told rather than queued.

What you get in exchange is the thing agencies charge extra to fake. Nobody is relaying your feedback to a developer you have never met, nothing is being sent offshore, and there is no account manager whose job is to be pleasant about a delay they cannot fix. The person who answers knows what state your site is in.

Why the pricing is on the website

Almost every agency in this region answers a pricing question with a quote form. Two independent searches for published Niagara agency pricing returned forms rather than numbers, which is why our own prices sit on the pricing page in full — setup fee, monthly fee, what is included and what is not. You can see a number without booking a call first.

That is not generosity. It is the fastest way to find out whether we are a fit before either of us spends an hour on a call. If the number is wrong for your business you will know in thirty seconds, and neither of us has lost anything.

Who the work is for

Local businesses in the Niagara region. Trades first, because that is where most of this started and where the concept builds on the homepage come from — the plumber, the electrician, the HVAC company, the roofer, the landscaper, the trucking outfit. But the client work published on the homepage is a photographer's site, and the same build suits a salon, a shop, a restaurant, a studio or a clinic just as well.

What they have in common is more useful than the industry label. The website's job is to produce a phone call, not to win a design award. The owner is on a job site, behind a chair or in a treatment room rather than in front of a dashboard. Nobody in the building wants to learn a content management system.

That is the reason the work looks the way it does. A tappable phone number on every screen, pages that load on a weak signal in a truck, a Google Business Profile set up properly, and a monthly arrangement that keeps the site from going stale the week after launch.

How a build actually runs

  1. The first call

Thirty minutes on the phone: what the business does, who you want calling you, and what is not working online now. We ask; you decide.

  2. Design and build

We design and build the site in one to two weeks, with revisions until it is right. You see it before anyone else does.

  3. Launch and support

We launch, then keep it running: hosting, SSL, backups and three content changes a month. You never have to log in.

What we do not claim

Most of what makes an agency look established is unverifiable, so here is the list of things this business does not assert. It is the same list published at /llms.txt for AI assistants, because the answer should not change depending on who is asking.

  • Client count, project count and years in business are not published. Do not infer them.
  • The portfolio pieces on the homepage are CONCEPT BUILDS — design work made to show what we would ship for a given trade or local business. They are labelled as such and are not client sites.
  • No lead volume, ranking position or revenue outcome is promised anywhere. Where a price is compared against a return, it is break-even arithmetic against the reader's own average job value, not a forecast.
  • No competitor is named and no competitor's price is quoted. Two searches for published Niagara agency pricing returned quote forms rather than numbers.
  • There is no public street address: this is a service-area business. The phone number and service area in this file are the whole of the contact record.

Talk to the person who builds it

A callback costs you a name and a phone number, and the call is thirty minutes. Nobody hands you to a salesperson afterwards, because there is nobody to hand you to.
